Though the movie was not highly appreciated and neither did her performance, but the soundtrack of the film's Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You hit the number one spot on both the albums and singles charts in America for a period of time. She sold 44,000,000 copies. Also in 1993 that she was married to Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition artist and father of her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. Around this time, her well-documented addiction to drugs began. By 1996, the singer was using drugs daily.
